JOURNAL OF SOCIETY, POLITICS, AND ETHICS
an undergraduate journal for interdisciplinary philosophical + theoretical work
CALL FOR PAPERS
all submissions + inquiries to
All submissions will be subject to blind peer review. Submitted academic work should be theoretical or philosophical in nature. Papers may name theorists explicitly or simply use a theorist's ideas in the background of the submitted paper; either is fine, so long as the paper involves theoretical analysis.
We are especially interested in work that is creatively relevant to current sociopolitical concerns and pushes the boundaries of the disciplines it comes from. We welcome work using a range of schools of thought, including but not limited to critical race theory, feminist theory, queer theory, post-colonial theory, or all or none of these. Please feel welcome to contact us with any questions.
See submission guidelines for more information. As this is our inaugural issue, we have no previous issues; however, you may look at our examples of papers for ideas of what kinds of work we are interested in.
If you have any questions about whether or not your submission fits in our journal, please email the above address with a summary, and we will send you feedback.
